FREE U.S. SHIPPING
Every order ships free within the United States. No minimums and no codes needed.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship within the USA only. All orders are processed and shipped from Arizona.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on
location, weather, and the season.

ORDER VERIFICATION
Every order is carefully inspected before it ships. If anything arrives damaged, email us right
away at info@thetracompany.com with your order number and photos of the box and the issue, and
we will make it right promptly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, please contact the carrier (UPS or USPS)
for assistance. Please double check your shipping address at checkout and let us know about any
changes before your order ships.
